Yes — after granting permission, workouts from Apple Health sync into your daily log automatically.
Will workouts be double-counted if I log manually and also use Apple Health?
No — HealthKit imports are matched by UUID. A workout that exists in both places will only appear once.
How do I control whether workouts affect my calorie deficit?
Settings → Deficit Calculation → toggle "Include workout calories." When on, exercise calories increase your deficit for the day.
What workout types are supported?
