Why don't I see an insight some weeks?
Insights only fire if you have data and if your week meets one of the 8 rules. If you didn't log much or didn't hit any milestones, no insight fires.
What's in the 7-day grid?
MIND (total minutes), BODY (workouts + calories burned), FOOD & DRINK (consumed + deficit + protein), and SLEEP (hours + wake time) for each day.
Can I turn off weekly notifications?
Yes — Settings → Notifications → Weekly Insights. You can still view your weekly review in the app anytime.
