Log when you woke up and when you went to sleep — right from the daily header. If you've connected Apple Health, sleep data fills in automatically each morning. Sleep duration is calculated and rolls into your weekly review.
Open the Today view. If you've connected Apple Health, a morning card above the Mind section shows your sleep data pre-filled — dismiss it once reviewed or tap to adjust. Or tap the sunrise (wake) or moon (sleep) icon in the daily header to log manually.
Set the time. The app calculates duration automatically, handling overnight sleep correctly.
Your sleep hours and wake times appear in the weekly review grid every Sunday.
"The bookends of your day — logged in two taps, reviewed every week."
Where do I log sleep?
The sunrise icon (wake) and moon icon (sleep) are in the daily header on the Today view. Tap either to set the time.
Does it track sleep quality?
Not yet. Currently, Daily Mind and Body tracks sleep duration and wake time. Sleep quality tracking is on the roadmap.
Does it sync with Apple Health?
Yes — sleep data is read from Apple Health each morning. A morning card appears above the Mind section with your sleep pre-filled. If Apple Health has no data, the manual pickers appear instead. Sleep logged in the app is also written back to Apple Health. Permission is requested the first time you tap a wake or sleep button.
How does it handle overnight sleep?
The app is overnight-aware. If you log 11:30 PM sleep and 7:00 AM wake, it correctly calculates 7.5 hours — not negative time.
