How it works

Tap + on the Today view and choose a mind activity — Meditation, Reading, Writing, Gratitude, or Other.

Start the timer. It runs in the Dynamic Island and on your lock screen — you can put your phone down.

When done, the session is logged with duration and any notes. Mind time rolls into your daily summary.
