Every Sunday. The app calculates your mind totals and generates an insight if you have data.
What counts as mind time?
Meditation, reading, writing, and gratitude. All are tracked and rolled into your weekly total.
What's mind/body balance?
The weekly view shows whether your week was mind-dominant (more mind time than body time) or body-dominant.
Can I turn off weekly notifications?
Yes — Settings → Notifications → Weekly Insights. You can still view your weekly review in the app anytime.
How is mind time calculated?
Total minutes from all meditation, reading, writing sessions. Gratitude entries count toward mind days but not time (since they have no duration).
